Ok I think its time for a breath! I am going to use todays blog post on my 100DaysOfCloud Challenge to take stock again.

It feels like I’m stopping to take breath quite often at the moment, due to the sheer amount of plates I find myself spinning…….. hey I am certainly not complaining, I am really enjoying the challenge, but yes it is tricky on occasion!

I can’t talk about work too much, but things are unfolding and moving rapidly in some really exciting areas at the moment.

Outside of work, with my learnings, videos and Welsh Azure User Group, things are going brilliantly well.

This week, I managed to get my first ‘proper’ YouTube video online, the feedback and messages have been really great to receive. I know I have a long way to go, but as long as people can put up with my posts and video’s I will be forever greatful, if you can comment or give me a bit of constructive feedback that would be awesome beyond belief!

I had our catch up call today with my fellow Welsh Azure User Group organisers, it’s really such a pleasure to be associated with such a fantastic group of people, and really have an opportunity to help spred a bit of knowledge aroud Azure, as well as giving the opportunity for Welsh Business and individuals in Welsh Business to stand on a platform and show what solutions they have worked on is brilliant to be part of!

We have I think now pretty much arranged the content of our next meetup on 12th Nov (check our Twitter for news!! www.twitter.com/welshazure), its going to be a fantastic evening if all our plans come together, so please help me spread the word. We are still virtual at the moment, so get signed up and join us for a few hours of knowledge and fun. Hopefully we will have the agenda out in about 2 weeks.

So my pondering……… Exams are at front of thought again, AZ-400, AZ-204 and Terraform Associate are the next 3 I need to bat down just as soon as I can find some time to do a bit of swotting and book them in.

Books……… I still have my AI, Python, Smart Cities, Docker to get on with!!!

IoT & Pi4 – Im sooooooooooooo looking for the next pience of free time to get playing……. really looking forward ot doing a few videos of my musings here!!

I can honestly tell you that today I have been up since 7am………. started studies from 7.30am, work calls back to back literally all day on a wide range of opportunities, subjects and project work…….. Run the kids to their activities whilst doing a bit more reading………… now after a lovely meal I find myself watching a bit of Paul Hollywood on Bakeoff and posting about my day on here!

I really don’t expect many people to have read down to this part of my blog, but if you have, thank you. My aim is to really offer a little bit of a sneak peek behind the scenes of my work/learn/life balance. Yes its hard work, yes its rewarding, yes its fun.

I think I need to focus on knocking a few items off my task list now, starting with some exams……. Lets see how the next few days progress!
