So, Microsoft Ignite 2020 Virtual Edition kicked off in great style yesterday and is a 48 bonanza of learning and news of Microsoft Latest developments!

As part of this virtual experience, Microsoft have set up the Cloud Skills Challenge https://csc.docs.microsoft.com/ignite/registration

A series of 6 challenges that can be completed as Microsoft Learn modules aligned to a specific theme. I have completed 3 out of the 6 challenges at present and thought I would work through the remaining 3 challenges over the course of the next few days.

Introduction to information protection and governance in Microsoft 365

These modules are fairly high level and easy to run through one by one within a relatively short period but offer a fantastic overview to common Security management approaches across Azure and Microsoft 365.

Once you have completed either this challenge, or one of the other 5 challenges you will be eligible for a ‘FREE’ Microsoft Exam Voucher which is worth over £100 in the UK if you are aiming to take one of the Associate or Expert exams, so its well worth the time to learn something new! You will also be entered into a sweepstake where you have the opportunity to meet someone high up in Microsoft which is really exciting to be part of!
